I'm little Bear, but I'm not really a bear..lol..I'm a good dog.
I live with my miss and my master in the upper peninsula of Michigan,
the small town of Moran, close to Mackinaw. I'm writing to ask you
to give your human, (MRKNOW) an extra purr or two. My miss is so
happy with the new web site that your human built for her, she has even
given me an extra treat in celebration. When the site starts to work for her,
I'm getting a new coller with spikes on it. Think I should get a tattoo?

Our people are nice, but....Can you believe they are actually going
to leave us for one week? And, they are having this stranger
(although a young and goodlooking "he" people) come in two times
a day to feed us. And, the "cat lady" (who always comes over
to manicure our nails) is going to stop over to play with us.
(We always run and hide when she comes.) We don't think
our people trust us to stay alone! What do you think?

My advise is to be sure to put on a good act when
they get ready to leave. Act like you will die if
they go. And when they return, be sure to act
like you could care less that they are home.

You may know my owner, Steve, who works on a computer all day,
sort of like your owner. I want to make myself perfectly clear on
this: I do not do anything that even remotely resembles work. I
won't even stand, sit, or sleep next to someone who is working, but
I will cause them more work than they have time to do. The attached
picture is of me in my new bed. Now my owner thinks I'm cute and
won't plant anything here for the next 5 years. Starting in 5 minutes
I'll never sleep in this spot again but my owner will follow me around
with a camera for months hoping that I do. Me and the other cats get
a big laugh out of how foolish humans can be. I think I'll roll over
on his freshly ironed black pants again. The last time I did that he
made this terrible groan that I just have to hear again.

I love your fur coat! I bet it's a little warm for you in
California, though. I thought only humans wore fur coats
there. My favorite thing to do is to lie down right in the
middle of the doorway, so my owners have to step over
me to get into the room. Either that, or, I run really fast in
front of them, especially in the dark, so that they think
they are going to trip over me! Did you ever try this?
It's fun! I'm sorry it took me so long to answer your
email. I was really busy looking for new places to nap.
